Premium Selection
Samuel Willard’s Premium Ambrosia Whisky it is a good, well balanced, single Malt Scotch Whiskey. The name Ambrosia in Greek mythology was the nectar of the Gods, and although it is a high claim to fame this is certainly a superb Scotch Whiskey.
In the style of Jack Daniels, this essence is infused with sweet and sooty characteristics typical to a good Tennessee Bourbon, all combined into a pleasant smooth finish.
This essence has a rich, full-bodied nose and a perfect golden honey colour. It has a peat flavour on the palate with heather overtones and a hint of malted spice together with a mature sweetness with a long finish.
In the style of Jim Beam, the smokiness and grainy attributes of this essence make for tasty mixed drink, nicely rounded off with hints of burnt oak.
Ouzo is a strong-flavoured Greek aniseed liquor. Drink neat or mixed with carbonated drinks.
Rich in both colour and taste, this Rum is sure to please. A nice balance of Queensland sugar cane and caramel notes put this on the “must have list” for any bar.
